Zutaten
- 200g Butter
- 200g Zucker
- 200g Schokolade
- 200g Mehl
- 6 Eier
- Prise Salz
Zubereitung
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Beat the butter until smooth, then slowly beat in the sugar, the chocolate, squashed strawberries and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites. Add a tablespoon of sugar and mix. Add the egg whites to the chocolate mixture, sift the flour over it, then carefully fold it into the mixture. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Cool completely. Cut the cake into two layers, and brush each layer with apricot glaze. Assemble and let the glaze set. Finally, pour the warm chocolate glaze on top of the cake and smooth.
